Steven Gerrard is set for his farewell at Anfield this evening as Liverpool play host to Crystal Palace in their final home game of the 2014-15 season.
Following next weekend’s trip to Stoke City, the Liverpool captain will move to the USA to play for the LA Galaxy.
Gerrard made his Liverpool debut back on 29 November 1998 against Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League, replacing Vegard Heggem as a last-minute substitute.
502 Premier League appearances and 119 goals later, the 34-year old is set to finish his Liverpool career on Sunday 24 May.
