Crystal Palace host Manchester United in the final Premier League game of the matchweek. The Red Devils have the opportunity to move back to within a point of Chelsea in third with a victory at Selhurst Park. They could also leapfrog Leicester City into fourth if the Foxes were to drop points at home to Sheffield United in a game that is currently being played.
Roy Hodgson’s side have lost all five of their matches since securing their Premier League status whilst Manchester United are coming off a 2-2 draw against Southampton on Monday and have an FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea to think about on Sunday.
The two lineups for tonight’s game are confirmed as:
Vicente Guaita, Patrick van Aanholt, Mamadou Sakho, Scott Dann, Joel Ward; James McArthur, Luka Milivojevic, James McCarthy; Andros Townsend, Jordan Ayew, Wilfried Zaha
Substitutes: Wayne Hennessey, Stephen Kelly, Sam Woods, Tyrick Mitchell, Jairo Riedewald, Jeffrey Schlupp, Cheikhou Kouyate, Max Meyer, Brandon Pierrick
David de Gea; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Timothy Fosu-Mensah; Scott McTominay, Paul Pogba; Mason Greenwood, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford; Anthony Martial Substitutes: Sergio Romero, Eric Bailly, Diogo Dalot, Nemanja Matic, Fred, Juan Mata, Jesee Lingard, Daniel James, Odion Ighalo
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hasn’t made as many changes as most of us expected. The front four continues as was, including Mason Greenwood, despite picking up an injury on Monday night.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah makes his first appearance of the season and comes in at left-back in place of the injured Luke Shaw and Brandon Williams. Diogo Dalot only finds himself among the substitutes.
