Aston Villa will travel to Vitality Stadium to face Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday (03 December).
The Villans are in great form having picked up seven wins out of their last eight in all competitions, and Unai Emery will be looking to maintain the winning run going.
Chris Sutton believes that Bournemouth will be a lot more stubborn at home and that Villa may find it hard to break them down.
Bournemouth have picked up two wins in a row in the Premier League, including a 3-1 win away from home against Sheffield United.
The popular pundit has predicted a 1-1 draw for this game.
“Aston Villa have been on fire but Bournemouth have hit a good patch too, with three wins in their past four games. That makes this one really difficult to call,” said Sutton on BBC Sport.
“Cherries fans always get ratty if I predict a loss for them so I am going to give them a point here.
“Villa’s win at Spurs last week was a great result but that was such an open game. Bournemouth will be a lot more stubborn, and it will be harder for Unai Emery’s side to break them down.”
Villa are on fire at the moment and they are winning games, and as a result, they are growing in confidence.
They have moved into the top four this season, narrowly edging out Tottenham Hotspur. They have been simply outstanding so far, especially at home, but they have to keep on winning and maintain the pressure.
In their previous Premier League game, they defeated Spurs 2-1 away from home, and should be looking to repeat another similar performance. However, Spurs played an open game, but Bournemouth are expected to keep a tight shape and frustrate Villa.
Moreover, having secured back-to-back wins, they will also be aiming to secure a hat-trick of wins for the first time this season.
