Manchester United have been linked with a move for Serhou Guirassy and it has been confirmed by Bild journalist, Christian Falk.
Writing on X, the transfer expert has claimed it’s “true” that the Red Devils are checking on him in the January transfer window.
Erik ten Hag could be looking to sign a new striker in January, and it seems the Red Devils have earmarked the Vfb Stuttgart striker as a potential option.
The 27-year-old striker has been in scintillating form this season, managing 15 goals thus far. He is the second-highest scorer in the Bundesliga at the moment behind Harry Kane who is on 18 goals.
True✅ Manchester United is interested in Serhou Guirassy (27). He has a release clause at @VfB of €17.5 million. With 15 goals he is at the Moment the Second Best striker in the Bundesliga (Harry Kane: 18) @BILD_Sport @AgardiJulian

New striker needed
After a stuttering start to the season, the Red Devils have now moved to sixth in the Premier League table, and they are gradually improving under Ten Hag.
United spent big money on Rasmus Hojlund in the summer transfer window but the former Atalanta striker probably needs more time to settle down. He has shown flashes of brilliance already, and will get better with time.
Marcus Rashford was sensational last season but he has been way off the pace this term. Anthony Martial has also struggled to score regularly.
In such a scenario, signing a new striker is a priority. Guirassy joined Stuttgart from Rennes last season on loan and later made the move permanent. He scored 14 goals last season, and has already crossed that figure in the present season.
He has been in scintillating form at the moment. He has a release clause of around £15m and United should be able to afford him easily.
